Ex-Ellen DeGeneres show late DJ Stephen 'tWitch's widow is now seeking half of his estate through the court.
This is after it emerged that the late dancer did not have a will, and the two had no written agreement before his death.
According to Allison Holker Boss, 'tWitch had nothing much when they got married and before he landed a permanent role on the TV show.
